The Hoof and Paw Academy

High quality education has always been very important to Caroline and that is why she had choosen the best teachers to teach her, on her animal journey. Caroline believes that a 'certificate' must have value and that the course must be of a very high standard. That's why she has created 2 fully insurable courses designed to take someone to Practitioner level for Bach Flowers and Crystal Healing for Animals.

Both courses include access to a private, supportive Facebook community that Caroline is very active in to ensure you are fully supported throughout the course.

All modules are marked by hand and emailed back to you with detailed suggestions.

Both Courses are fully Accredited with the Crystal Therapy Council and the BAFEP.

Caroline has been recognised by Education Health England for her holistic approach as she takes great pride in guiding the apprentices that she mentors. She has also been asked to be an Ambassador by Chelmsford County Council, for the outstanding work she does to nurture young people to achieve their goals. Caroline has applied this kind supportive approach to her Hoof and Paw Academy Students, so that they too can reach their goals and be inspired.

ENROL IN CRYSTAL HEALING FOR ANIMALS PRACTITIONER COURSE NOW

Our Graduates

I am a fully qualified and insured Bach Flower practitioner, and I trained under Caroline Thomas who is a country leader in animal holistic therapies. I am also a qualified and insured Animal Aromaticist (APA), training with Nayana Morag of Essential Animals, and for humans, I am a Sports Massage Therapist, Swedish Massage Therapist and I am a Reiki II Practitioner. I am a member of the FHT.

I have a degree and Masters degree in equine health and welfare, and I am also a qualified teacher, teaching animal care and animal management for over 10 years. I have owned and worked with horses, dogs & other animals for as long as I can remember, and spent 4 years as an assistant Veterinary Nurse in a small mixed practice.

Mandie Danks

I run Pawsitive Connections – Bach Flower Remedies & Reiki for Animals, offering Bach Flower Remedies consultations and Reiki for animals, behavioural coaching and training for dogs along with Bach Flower Remedies for people.

I started using Bach Flower Remedies many years ago when my young dog, Emily was struggling with fireworks and other loud noises. We had tried the usual route of playing CD’s, providing safe spaces and using a range of other techniques but had only limited success. As I had been using Rescue Remedy for myself at times I thought it was worth trying with Emily and the difference this made for her was amazing. This started me on a journey to find out more about Flower Essences which has lead me to studying both with the Hoof & Paw Academy and the Bach Centre.

Over the last 20 or so years (where has the time gone!) I have worked as a dog trainer offering a range of different training including one-to-one behavioural coaching for dogs who are experiencing difficulties with day-to-day life, a range of classes including life skills, agility, Scentwork and trick training and I also work as an assistance dog trainer. To support my work I have a diploma in Canine Behaviour from the International School of Canine Psychology & Behaviour and I am a member of the Pet Professional Guild – GB and INTO Dogs.

In addition to working and living with dogs I have experience with horses, reptiles, cats and other animals and I currently have the pleasure of sharing my life with my two dogs, a tortoise and 2 lizards.

I am based in the West of Scotland and consultations can be arranged at a time and place to suit you and your animal. In some cases Skype consultations and distance Reiki treatments can be arranged. Bach Flower Consultations and Reiki are offered to all animals and I am more than happy to discuss any issues you are experiencing to see where we can work together.
